Change is a must! Change of thoughts, actions, behaviors, and perspectives that do align with the goals and visions you have for yourself. You cannot continue doing the exact same things the exact way for forever and grow in life. My favorite quote is nothing changes if nothing changes. Change is scary because we don’t know what’s on the other side. We all fear the unknown. Even if we have habits that do not contribute to success, prevent us from actually transitioning our careers and going after our goals and leveling up, we know them well so we tend to hold on for a while. In Falling and Flying with Phylicia, we’ve talked about topics such as procrastination, pride, challenges vs excuses, self care, self awareness, expectations, and being present in the here and now.
