Eddie Kingston Talks AEW, Awards and Wrestling Lance Archer

Nineteen year veteran, professional wrestler Eddie Kingston talks about time in AEW, being nominated for Breakout Male Star for the first annual AEW Awards and wrestling Lance Archer, this Wednesday, January 27, 2020.

The AEW Awards will take place on Wednesday January 27, 2020 streaming on Bleacher Report 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, one hour before AEW Dynamite goes live on TNT.

We talked to Kingston about what made him not give up on his career as at one point before joining AEW he was on the verge or retiring, what it means to be recognized as a Breakout Star but not taking his eye off the price in the AEW World Heavyweight championship.

At one point, we even talk about working with legends like The Enforcer Arn Anderson, his former tag team partner Tully Blanchard, Sting and Taz. He divulges which one of those legends is always working the boys and what it is like when your heroes become your colleagues.

We even go into the AEW/IMPACT Wrestling crossover, how great it is for business, even though the territory days are long gone and what his game plan is for the Murder Hawk, Lance Archer.

Kingston does have some competition for Wednesday night as it is a deep category as he is up against, Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin and John Silver, but I'm calling it now, Kingston will take the title of Breakout Star during the inaugural event.
