In this week’s Father’s of the Future Experience, I am joined by Todd Sechrest. Todd and I have only known each other for a little over a month but we’ve had such an immersive time together I feel like I know him really well. Todd is a true father of the future with a baby girl due June first. He shares how the last month has changed him, finding gaps and bridging them.
With the help of the Crucible training experience he’s gone from good to great to extraordinary. He can now say with certainty that his daughter will never see the man that makes excuses for himself. She won’t see a man that lets other people's opinions define him but a man that makes his own destiny. He was shown that he’s strong and how he’s been making things harder than they need to be.
