Europe is already facing a shortage of 800,000 IT workers in 2021. At the same time, the well-known gap in gender inequality in the tech industry persists.
Christine Tsai is a senior solution engineer at Salesforce, focusing on the retail and banking industry in Greater China.
She is also the Regional Vice President at Salesforce Women's Network dedicated to empowering tech Women and advocacy for gender equality.
She previously worked for Uber, Vodafone, and Adecco for Business and Marketing strategy planning.
