Nathan sits down with Rangineh Azimzadeh Tosang of Solh Resolutions International for the 23rd episode of the Finding Sacramento podcast. They chat about what it was like to grow up in a war zone, why despite living in a conflict torn country she chose to pursue a career in conflict mediation and facilitation, why doing inner work is key to managing conflict successfully, why you should not think about your life’s purpose, but instead your life’s service, her experience working towards environmental justice in South Sacramento, why marketing comes down to relationship building, and why gentrification is not inevitable in Sacramento and how you might be able to stand up to economic inequity.

Rangineh will be offering conflict coaching over the summer and will run the Conflict Consciousness Workshop in Fall 2017. The workshop will explores how our early stories shape our beliefs and influence the ways in which we show up in conflict. It will also help participants:

  • Reach a new sense of self-awareness of how they view conflict through discovering their conflict story;
  • Explore their core beliefs about conflict in order to deepen their understanding of how they show up in conflict; and
  • Learn how to re-examine previous patterns toward conflict as well as identify and practice new, more flexible approaches.

If you would like to find out more about the workshop or coaching feel free to contact Rangineh here.
