Monday, August 5th - Challenge #2 🔥 Part of your challenge and assignment today is to GIVE UP one thing from now until the rest of the month and call it out publicly on your Facebook, IG, Snapchat, Twitter etc. timeline like below 👇 Maybe it’s - smoking - alcohol - watching Netflix - binge eating - late night snacking - negative self talk - diet sodas - laziness - lying - being negative - trying to please everyone - using the word “cant” Whatever it is, post it below 👇🏾 for accountability and publicly post it and ALSO call it out on your FB page. Cool?
