I cover chapter two of the book as we learn about ways to make regular deposits in our mental bank account or what I like to call it our confidence bank account. You are invited to try 3 different exercises - making a top 10, your daily ESP and your IPR. These exercises are super practical and help you look for the best in yourself on a daily basis.
