Frank Proctor is a veteran of Special Forces and served for over 20 years. Frank is also a competitive shooter in USPSA and started competing when he was in the Army. He quickly rose the ranks to grandmaster and found that his competitive skills helped him in the tactical arena.

Once Frank retired, he started teaching full time. Over the years Frank’s skillset helped him design several products and now he sells everything from rifle slings to pistol sights. He recently began competing again and we discuss what that was like in addition to why he loves training on steel targets.
