Durante este episódio abordamos os 7 príncipios inerentes ao processo de treino. Discutimos o porquê da importância da individualidade e especificidade ao prescrever treino e sugerimos algumas estratégias que ajudam a garantir uma sobrecarga constante através do progressive overload, das quais destacamos a aplicação do RPE em contexto clínico como forma de monitorizar e ajustar o processo.
