Without a doubt in my mind, the answer is YES! It’s worth it, and you start to love it more during the journey of fitness while doing weight training. I want to highlight some very important points about weight training, and why it’s so effective.

You can also, use it to increase your cardiovascular health as a result of weight training. The methods for achieving your fitness and body composition goals are endless! You just have to find a few that fit into your lifestyle, and that you will love to do on a regular basis.
