In this episode I share with you how to get past the frustration of tracking your food daily and still not seeing results! This topic has become a theme as of late with myself and my clients and I know that when I get to the end of the day or the week and I look back and wonder why I haven't met my goals, it's due to a lack of proactive tracking. We will not be successful with our nutrition and fitness habits if we only approach them in a reactive manner! I share with you some examples to better explain why being reactive does not work as well as a tip on how to set yourself up for tracking success!
