HAVE U EVER BEEN EXCLUDED?

HOW DO U FEEL WHEN U FEEL EXCLUDED?

IT'S BEEN - CULTURE OF EXCLUSION

WELL, THINK IT THROUGH !!!

When we talk about inclusion, we're not just talking about being on the same team.

We're talking about bringing everyone together in a way that works for everyone, and making sure they all feel like they belong.

To be clear: this is not a process that happens overnight.

It's a journey, one that involves you and your team working together to create a system that works for everyone involved. But it's also something that doesn't happen by accident.

You can't just throw your arms up in the air and expect it to happen—you have to work for it!

The first step is creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and included: family team members, organization team members, society team members, state team members, country team members (and everything else)!

If you don't have those conversations early on in your process of inclusion,

You'll never be successful in creating an inclusive environment for everyone involved.

The family team is the most inclusive of all teams because it includes all members of a family.

The organization team is also very inclusive, as it includes everyone who works there.

Society teams are less inclusive than society teams because they only include people who live in that particular country.

A state can be more inclusive than a country because it includes all of its citizens.

A country can be more inclusive than a state, as it includes all of its citizens regardless of their political affiliation.

There are many teams in the world, but the most important are the ones that you make for yourself.

The team you build is your family, your organization, society, state and country.

Each of these teams have a purpose to serve and contribute to society in a unique way.
