Greetings !
Hey amazing people !!
Today podcast , am going to share -

· INCLUDING people in your life .

· INCLUDING IN THE GAMES which you want to play

· INCLUDING THE PROJECTS which you want to accomplish .

Well , I saw for myself by doing an exercise from Episode #9 on Exclusion Culture

- The FIRST GROUP or The FIRST TEAM, where I need to be fully INCLUSIVE IS MY FAMILY –my FAMILY as a Team!

What I discovered after listening to the Japanese Kids story – NOT 2 EXCLUDE ANYONE AT ANY POINT OF TIME.

Today am talking about the top 3 learnings from THE FAMILY as a team.

We've found that the most effective way to understand how your team works is by watching what our family does together.

We might be surprised at how much WE can learn from watching them play together or help each other out, despite the fact that you might not be related.

So, let's get started!

First off, ALL

I want to talk about how important, it is to have an inclusive culture, where everyone feels safe and welcome. We have a wonderful family, and so much of our success is based on our ability to create an environment, where EVERYONE can be themselves, and feel safe expressing their emotions.

We believe that if we open ourselves up to each other, we'll be able to build stronger relationships with each other and our EXTENDED FAMILIES AS WELL

We've also learned that there's no such thing as perfection—just keep working towards it!

I AM PERFECT IN MY IMPERFECTIONS!!

The important thing, is that you always try your best, even if, you make mistakes along the way.
Thank you so much for listening !!🎧
Have a great and inspiring day .
Cheers & Best Wishes

Tiny Habits build your mindset & Practicing It Consistently under the guidance of a Coach, give you Powerful & World 🌎 Class Results!!

Cheers 🥂
