You don’t need New Years to come around again in order to make changes and improvements in your life. Change today, start now...I mean literally right now. Put down that cigarette and throw out everything associated with smoking and stop now-you’re a non-smoker until you pick up that next cigarette. Set your alarm an extra hour early and drive to the gym or do a home workout video before work tomorrow. Whatever it is for you just start, stop waiting for “a good time”, because there is never a “good time” to change and do something that is uncomfortable for us. I don’t know anything about podcasting, but I just started and plan to get better as I set aside time every day even when there are days (today) that I don’t know what to say and don’t want to record. Contrary to the school system belief pattern - failure and missteps are a part of life.
