Fitness M/K har været til Newcomers-stævnet i bodybuilding og fitness i Messecenter Herning, hvor vi har snakket med trænere, atleter og arrangører. Fitness og bodybuilding har efter et par årtiers nedgang i de senere år oplevet fornyet popularitet. Vi snakker med formanden for det danske Bodybuilding og Fitness Forbund, Jørn Kim Jensen, coach Jacob Christensen og hans "Mens Physique"-atlet Nichlas Krogh. Vi taler også med coach Sebastian Allsø og hans atlet fra bikinifitness Maria Zaulich. Newcomers-stævnet er et stævne man skal stille op i før man kan få lov til at stille op til andre stævner og et af Danmarks største fitness og bodybuilding events.
