My guest this week is Erik Scott.

Erik Scott is a systems engineer, mindset coach, and founder of Energized Dad.

A fitness journey spanning 28 years, Erik comes with experiences ranging from traditional gyms to the dynamic worlds of CrossFit and Strength and Conditioning. He has judged CrossFit competitions, including a notable event at the Navy-UDT-Seal museum in Fort Pierce, FL.

Erik battled severe back pain that for over five years. Despite the challenges and skepticism, he took a leap of faith and underwent MSC Stem Cell treatment in Colombia, for issues including L2-L5 disc herniations, L1-L2 and L3-L4 bulging discs, and L3-L4 canal stenosis. This decision led to a miraculous recovery, confirmed in his before and after MRI results.

Erik’s company, Energized Dad, is a platform dedicated to mindset development, leadership, nutrition, and fitness coaching. It's more than a business; it's a mission to empower others to become their best selves.

Listen. Learn. Enjoy!
