Jess Robson is an ex badminton player turned runner. She shares her experience of finding her best runner self after she turned things around after falling into some of the common runner traps.

Jess is a very inspiring individual whos resillience and perserverance is only admirable. She talks about her journey from overtraining to finding a healthy, enjoyable, and effective balance. And how she healed a toxic, complicated and excersise dependent relationship with food.

There is a wider discussion around the pressures on young girls in sport, in particular within the running community.

Lots of tips, and things to take away from this one!
