Seán's latest role was that of St.Patrick playing opposite John Rhys-Davies in a new feature length historical docudrama I AM PATRICK directed by Jarrod Anderson for Northstar Studios. Other credits include the Irish language feature MO GHRÁ BUAN and played lead role “Douglas” in short film A BETTER YOU for Screen Ireland.
Recent film and television credits include Frank Monk “Father Prudentius” in acclaimed adventure series VIKINGS, Séamus in Irish language feature ARRACHT for TG4, MAZE, CHARLIE, RTE, THE FEATURE PURSUIT, AND playee Tom Morgan in ÉIRÍ AMACH AMÚ.
Seán is best known for playing one of the three brothers (Pádraig Connolly) in IFTA award-winning period drama AN KLONDIKE, which is available on Netflix at as Dominion Creek. Film credits include Daithi Carrol in romantic comedy THE CALLBACK QUEEN, KINGS with Colm Meaney and JIMMY’S HALL. Seán also appeared in documentary-drama BÁS NÓ SAOIRSE. Short films include LOVE IS A STING (RTÉ/Filmbase) and VALENTINES DEAD.
Sean has also featured in Numerous other Irish language dramas over the last 10 years for TG4.
