Toby Wilde has a vision for the future of real estate which is why he founded Oparo, a Real Estate and Computer Technology (REACT) firm which is algorithm based, people driven and has real estate investment at its heart. Toby shares WHY he works in the PropTech sector and why he is disrupting and redefining both investment and finance methodology in the UK Real Estate market using proprietary technology. ABOUT TOBY WILDE
Toby comes from a third generation real estate family focused on property developments and construction. Having struggled at school, Toby become an Estate Agent at 16 with London corporates. By 20, Toby co-founded an independent agency which administered approximately 200 properties. Upon exit he moved into developments and development consultancy, contributing to projects with a combined GDV of £18m.
Toby then became a Founding Partner of Sprift.com, the revolutionary property data platform and one of the UK's best known PropTechs. Recognising the value in property data and the forthcoming professionalisation of the sector, Toby founded the UK's first real estate and computer technology investment house, Oparo.
