Trish Tucker May, an award-winning nutritionist and gut specialist, spent the first three decades of life plagued with asthma, bronchitis, and other illnesses.

Motivated by the desire for a cure, Trish feverishly studied medical research on a host of topics. It was during that process she discovered that gut health was a common factor among her many illnesses.

“It was a fascinating journey. I had to trust in the process, but I also had to be ready and open in my thinking that this was going to work.”

Now free of medication, Trish pays it forward by helping women over 40 with digestive issues make time to nourish themselves.

“The more we do the work on gut health and reducing stress levels, I am absolutely positive the less we will struggle in our peri-menopause and menopause, and the more we will be able to sail through calmly and pain free, and have an enjoyable time in our lives.”

In this episode, Trish Tucker May addresses nutritional solutions for hormone changes.
