Behavior Expert Lisa Skinner wants to help you and your loved ones prevent or minimize the onset of dementia. What started with service as a community counselor became a deep desire to understand and help prevent the troubling disease of dementia. Eight of her family members succumbed to dementia, and now Lisa is determined to stop the trend.

“What most people do not understand is that dementia necessitates an entirely new way of decoding the brain in order to help those with the disease.”

“Anybody can come down with dementia, but there are many risk factors that increase a person’s likelihood of developing dementia. The key is to identify the modifiable risk factors and make needed changes to lower your chances of developing dementia.”
