Cheryl Major, a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, struggled with chronic depression from a young age. Caught in a seemingly never-ending downward spiral, she was on and off different medications for years.

When her husband needed help changing his diet due to his own health issues, Cheryl finally noticed a change in herself. How she ate affected her mental health.
