Michelle Zellner, an author, public speaker, and lifestyle coach, wants PFF (Protein, Fat, and Fiber) to be your BFF - literally. Michelle learned these vital principles from her own food experiences.

“When I started learning about nutrition and the human body, it wasn’t about willpower, it was that physiologically I had set myself up for needing sugar. There are lots of layers to address and correct when it comes to healthy eating patterns.”

For Michelle, these layers include both the physiological and emotional aspects of food. It all begins with understanding how your body needs and uses food.

“Without addressing the foundational elements of how a human specimen wants to be fueled, the emotional part is going to be really difficult.”

In this episode, Michelle Zellner examines how to set yourself up for success by building your relationship with food.
