As the country (and countries around the world) start to loosen restrictions, there are people that are happy and some that are worried and maybe less happy. EVERYONE has been impacted by the last two years, and we know that the social connections, we have, we lost and we need to build or rebuild, are going to be key in how we cope moving forward -whatever that ends up looking like. So join the whole HPS team from Edmonton as we talk about what we can do, what we might need to consider and how we can all play a role in making the future one that respects all of our positions and concerns, but that allows for meaningful communication and dialogue as we navigate the ongoing way forward.

Thanks for listening - be sure to subscribe wherever you get your podcasts! F4T is available to be heard on Podcast Addict, Podchaser, Pocket Casts, Deezer, Player FM, Tune-In, Spotify, Google Player and of course Apple Podcasts.
Food for Thought is brought to you by Charissa McKay with Heather Gareau-Miller, Nicole Emerson, Jeremy Peressini and others!
All production, post-production and promotion by Charissa McKay, music by Musway Studio (Inspiration 34-2). Recorded in Edmonton, or Amiskwacîwâskahikan, Treaty 6 land, Metis Nation Region 4, home to the first peoples including the Cree, Dene, Stoney, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux and Blackfoot.
