Come From Away is called Broadway's 100-minute feel good sensation, and for good reason. Now in its 6th year at the Schoenfeld Theatre, this Tony Award-winning musical tells the true story of the five days following September 11, 2001 in Gander, New Foundland where 7,000 stranded passengers were met with overwhelming human kindness in their time of need.
This week, authors Irene Sankoff and David Hein join Rabbi Pont for a conversation about how the show came to be and the impact that this spectacular show has had on them, on the artists who brought it to life, and the millions of people who have seen the show worldwide.
