Yep, you might have heard that calories don't matter, but unfortunately they do. Everything that we do in our diet really comes down to how many calories we consume in a day. If you want to gain weight, you will just go into a calorie surplus. If you want to lose weight, yep you guessed it... Calorie Deficit.

In this episode today we talk about about calories, how to figure out how many you need, and how to manipulate them based on your goals.
