In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked to Dr. Lisa Papenbrock once again regarding Trigger Point Therapy or the NIMMO technique.

This episode also touched on the different techniques that we both use in our patients, and how we introduce our experiences into helping our patients feel better. My practice is different from Dr. Lisa Papenbrock, but we have the same way of thinking on how to treat our patients, and you will hear more about it, too, in this podcast.
Episode Highlights:

  • [0:36] Introduction to the topic
  • [2:45] Dr. Lisa Papenbrock on the NIMMO technique
  • [4:40] Using different techniques, experience for different patients
  • [15:38] New is not always better
  • [18:15] Having different options or ways to introduce the same techniques to patients
  • [20:39] The differences and similarities in my practice and Dr. Lisa Papenbrock’s
  • [27:06] Conclusion

You can check out Dr. Lisa Papenbrock and her courses here. You can also reach out to her if you have any questions through her website’s contact page.

If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!

You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!

Thank you for listening and see you next week!
