In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I wanted to talk about my yoga journey. I did not always love yoga because I could not sit still, but I started liking it after grad school. I like it better now because I know more about it.

I will take you through my yoga journey in hopes of inspiring you to get into this kind of movement and understand more about the different types of yoga.
