In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked more about medicine not being black and white. I already talked about this topic weeks ago when I told you guys about when I went for a check-up because I’ve been feeling fatigued. The PCP who saw me missed my issues with my thyroid, and I had to ask my Gynecologist during our yearly check-up to check if there is an issue in the area. She did find that after ordering me to get an ultrasound and it was confirmed when I underwent a biopsy and molecular testing.

I wanted to talk more about this to dive into the other possible things you could consider if you have the same issues as mine.

In this episode we discuss:

  • [00:37] Introduction to the topic
  • [1:44] One shade of grey in medicine based on my experience
  • [5:05] Pushing a bit more when you know something is wrong
  • [8:07] The problem with insurance companies
  • [10:00] Conclusion

If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you can send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!

You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!

Thank you for listening and see you next week!
