In this episode, the ladies would like to say WELCOME BACK to season 2!! They are so excited for this second to share more raw, real, and transparent conversations with you all! During this episode they discussed PUSHING THROUGH! So what does that mean exactly? Do you sometimes feel like there are things in your life that happen and it seems that are being bombarded? Challenges continue to happen back to back and you feel like you can’t catch a break but yet you continue to show up. Well that is what it means to push through! You are continuing to get up each day and push through the obstacles in order to get to the other side of it. While you are going through the storms of life there are some things that can be helpful, which include:
Pray - continue to pray and seek God even when you feel it is hard
Praise & worship - listening to gospel/christian music does not have to just be on Sunday.
Journal - write it out! Get your thoughts down on paper then set goals of what you want to see happen, and a plan of how you will execute them
Remember that through it all, God is by your side always. It is helpful to build a community of those who are like minded and who will pray for you, pray with you, and pour into you. You are never alone and there is strength in being vulnerable to say “I’m struggling right now”. So DON’T GIVE UP! Continue PUSH THROUGH because your breakthrough is coming. YOU GOT THIS!
