In this episode, the ladies give a recap of the first season. During this first season you have taken the journey to get to know Marcia, Chauntress, and Charday; discussing what freedom means to them; being able to discover who you are hanging with; and diving deeper into forgiving others, what happens when you don’t forgive, as well as being able to forgive yourself. As the ladies take a short break to rest, recharge, and spend time with their families there are some things they want you to remember:
Set healthy boundaries - this is a form of self-care; it is a guideline of how you would like to be treated and how you treat others
It’s okay to say NO - remember no is a complete sentence; you do not have to explain to someone why you’re saying NO.
Seek God for where to place people in your life - some people are in your life for a reason, season, or lifetime; use that discernment of where people fit in your life
Be AUTHENTIC - there is no one like you and you were made to STAND OUT and be unique
Give yourself GRACE - don’t be so hard on yourself; you will make mistakes and that is okay. It is learning from those mistakes and continuing to move forward. DON’T GIVE UP!
Be intentional - the time is NOW; don’t wait! Be able to rest, reflect, readjust, and react!
