In our fourth podcast, I talk to Neil Fachie about his sporting career and how hitting his low point was the driver that spurred him into achieving incredible things in professional sport.
Neil is a professional cyclist who has won a staggering 22 medals at major championships, 17 of which are gold including the Paralympics in London 2012.
We also talk about his pivot into performance coaching in business where is now co-founder of a new company, bringing insights and lessons from elite sport into the business world.
This is one of the most inspiring interviews I’ve done and it was a pleasure to interview Neil.
