In our second episode, I bring you the first part of this husband and wife team. We speak to Paul McGillivray, Owner and
Director or Remote, a software company which builds custom software for purpose
driven teams.
Paul talks to us about how his life was turned upside down when he was diagnosed
with an aggressive form of Crohn’s Disease, an illness which saw him fighting for his
life in hospital. Determined not to be ill and on pills for the rest of his life, Paul took
his health and his future into his own hands and decided to take a holistic view of his
recovery.
Through restructuring his business, reconnecting to his purpose and undergoing
many alternative treatments and therapies, Paul and his team at Remote are now
making an incredible impact on the world. They align their work to giving back,
creating purpose led profits and developing software for clients such as Stroke
Active, helping caregivers and patients communicate effectively to improve recovery
and care.
Paul talks to us about the importance of purpose, both for ourselves and for others.
We discuss their team dynamics and how they operate with a slick and focussed high
performing team to deliver exceptional results.

We discuss many books and resources that have empowered Paul and his team and share these with you below:
