Have you ever wanted to get support with your nutrition but ruled yourself out because you aren't a pro athlete? Well today I am here to put the facts straight and dispel that myth! While I do support lots of professional and Olympic athletes, I also help many amateur athletes and people participating in sport for their own enjoyment learn how to fuel on and off the bike.
