Full Spirals is celebrating its SECOND ANNIVERSARY this month and it's been a time of reflection. As we continue to amplify the voices of women this season--and look forward to amplifying the voices of elder women next season--we take a look back to where this all began.
It's a look back to an episode from our first season which was titled : The Sound of Silence, and it's a deep dive into the good that came out of Stacy's time in lockdown, and the gifts that she received not only as an artist, but as a human.
Even in the midst of the train wreck that was 2020, and the heartbreak that was 2021, she discovered once again, that everything was on purpose--even if it didn't seem that way at the time.
And this lesson is as relevant today as it was the day it was originally published because this is an exploration of identity, self-discovery, and the transformative power of storytelling.
Netflix Special mentioned in this episode:
Feminists: What Were They Thinking
