As human beings we are hard-wired to the fight or flight response - we move towards that which will bring us joy and away from that which will bring us pain.

These instincts trace their origins back to a time when we were hunter-gatherers, a time when we were at one with the wild and had to watch our every step in order to simply survive.

But times have changed and instead of running from predators, we're running from rejection.

Hear why you should make friends with no.
