I recently went on a mission trip to Ecuador and in this episode I highlight what God taught me on this trip about hearing the Holy Spirit and loving others well through that. The supernatural can seem very daunting and confusing, but it is actually quite simple. Scripture indicates how God is not far from each of us, and a seeking heart. Is all you need. Why does this matter for mental health? Discerning the voice of God from other voices in your life will allow you to train your mind to combat maladaptive thought patterns and instead take on the mind of Christ.
