6 INFP Organization Tips (Even with Overwhelm and Stress)
Manage episode 422505946 series 3501279
If you’re new to Geek Psychology, my name is Matt Sherman. People call me Sherman. I'm a personality type expert, life coach, hypnotist, author, podcaster, and course creator. I help mainly INFPs embrace their unique strengths and navigate life's challenges. Through practical strategies and deep insights, I aim to help people like you live a more fulfilling and authentic live where you can wake up and feel good about who you are and your impact on the world. INFPs are often accused of being messy, disorganized, and lacking follow-through. This is not without reason. These are characteristics that many INFPs aren't proud of having. But it's an unfortunate commonality among our population to be this way. So here are 6 tips specifically for the INFP personality to help with organization, even in times of stress.
The advice I give in this video for the INFP personality type (Myers Briggs Personality Type) are things that I've used in my personal growth journey - learning productivity and organizational skills, building a career, and finding success in relationships and life in general. It's not just jobs that are affected, it's all aspects of your life that need to be seen from an objective perspective.
