On this week's episode of the Geektown Radio podcast, Bex from TristaBytes returns to the podcast for a chat through our week in tv & gaming, along with all the weekly tv news, renewals and cancellations.

Reviewing the last 7 days in tv and gaming, Bex has ventured outside for the first time in months to go and see a spectacular screening of classic anime movie 'Akira' in IMAX, so gives us her thoughts on that. Meanwhile, I chat about the opening episode of 'The Mandalorian' Season 2, along with the 3rd episode of 'Star Trek: Discovery', and we both discuss our thoughts on the new 'Batwoman' and 'Titans' Red Hood costumes revealed this week (and their cosplay potential!)

In the TV news, we have all the usual renewals, cancellations and pickups, along with this week's tv news and how the coronavirus is affecting production. We chat about CBS trimming of various season lengths of their upcoming shows, and run through the return dates for The CW's "Fall" season... which is now in January... We also discuss Netflix's plan to make a live-action ‘Assassin’s Creed’ series, and Disney's potential casting for their upcoming 'Moon Knight' series.
