WHO IS SCOTT FISCHER?
A decade ago, Scott Fischer co-founded the energy efficiency consultancy Ciel Power LLC. As its Managing Member, Scott works closely with local environmental groups, elected officials, and environmental science and sustainability leaders to develop and promote community partnerships designed to increase energy efficiency awareness.
Scott's company, Ciel Power LLC, was awarded 2019, 2020, and 2021 Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Contractor of the Year recognition. This national honor is reserved for the top one percent of energy efficiency consultancies.
