WHO IS KATIE?
A 15-year advocate for holistic health and transformative wellness. In 2018, she introduced "DryNamics," a highly effective body-centered sobriety method, addressing the full-body experience of craving. Using temporary sobriety, Katie guides individuals in healing maladaptive physical responses, boosting confidence, and enhancing overall well-being.
A respected Faculty member at The Language of Breath School, Katie's commitment extends beyond fitness. In 2017, she founded Deep Line Health Club, an inclusive Pilates and wellness studio, and now inspires clients through Forward Motion, a compassion-driven wellness program.
