I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to sit down with a living legend, Sijo James W. DeMile. DeMile is the founder of the Wing Chun Do system of martial arts, a practical self-defense system based on scientific and physiological truths, designed to end a fight in less than two seconds.

At 81 years old, DeMile's sharp, analytical mind is still working toward growing the Wing Chun Do system, specifically its facets of personal development beyond physical techniques. DeMile is more interested in the mind. If that's not enough, he trained extensively with Bruce Lee, and helped Lee develop many of the skills which made him undeniable.

Our conversation is full of truth, wisdom, and insight into the human condition. I really think you'll enjoy this, whether you are into martial arts or not.

Let's get after it!
