Adam almost had too much success and career experience to narrow his story down. But the first step in the coaching really helped him to clearly focus on the message he wanted send people.

Through the mock interviews that we did he became more confident in telling his story! Then he practiced answering questions and looked for opportunities to share his story and sell himself in the interview.

In his final interview he was winning over the team by taking an interest their stories! He was demonstrating the emotional intelligence required to do the job!
