After Milt introduces the show, he mentions their 2 relationship booklets, The Get Over Yourself! Handbook on Cheating and Betrayal and The Get Over Yourself! Handbook on Creating Happiness in a Relationship, which has just been released, then asks Mia, “in the spirit of generosity,” to select 5 names from the hat for a book giveaway, which she does. He then mentions their theme, Christmas and Commercialization and how this 'season of Joy' is, for many people, a season of depression. Milt, “They have no one to celebrate the season with, or they reflect on their loss and are stuck indoors, so what should a person do to overcome these feelings?” Mia, “Turn it around, it's all up to you, though some people enjoy feeling sad and feeling sorry for themselves. If you don't have anybody, go to an old folks' home where they have no one. Gifts don't have to come from the store, you can cook something or take something from your garden to give to a lonely people. Instead of feeling sorry, become creative, find things that are fun to do and participate with others.” Milt, “Sharing time with others seems to be the real meaning of Christmas, rather than gift-giving.” Mia, “Just don't make choices that make you sad. Learn to enjoy all seasons. Be proud of who you are.” Mia goes on to talk about the changes she and Milt are making in their lives, “We're not gonna wait till New Years, why not make changes right now? We're trying to make things simpler.”

Milt then shifts emphasis and asks Mia for the real message of Christmas, “What should we be really focusing on?” Mia, “I always see Christmas as a time for rebirth, it's a time for you to look at and examine yourself and change the things you should change, in order to be born again. Don't be blind about your life; that for me is the real meaning: making a better you. Change your diet, change your exercise, take the pollutions out of your brain and participate with others. If you're not happy with your life, don't blame others, 'cause most likely you put yourself in that situation. Milt, “Placing yourself in the present moment is so key. One of the things we can do this time of year, so we avoid sinking into regret, is to find ourselves in the here and now.” Mia, “Also, so many people don't know themselves and just go along blindly, so get to know you!”

Milt then reads an email, from a woman who's husband drags her to his family Christmas parties and she hates it and doesn't want to go this year but he is threatening divorce is she doesn't go. Mia, “Look at what you're saying, they have fun and you don't, so the problem is you. Go participate anyway and learn to enjoy it. This is your new family so you need to learn to enjoy it. Your husband is right and you're acting selfish and childish. Go to the Internet and find some games that don't cost much and participate with his family. Your husband will love you more because you're embracing his family, which every person wants. You should have bought our book, so let's send her our book, too.” Milt, “Make yourself a better you, rather than pointing fingers at others; be the best person you can be and don't worry about all the other stuff.”

He reads another email, from a woman who is always lonely at Christmas and is tempted to call her ex, even though he's toxic to her. Mia, “It's convenient and easy to go back to the old, but unless this guy was perfect and you blew it, why invite toxicity into your life? It's time for re-birth.” Milt, Love yourself better, go for something better, shoot for the moon!” Mia, “Turn things around, say 'enough is enough'. Go to a nursing home or foster home and participate with people that would appreciate you. Why go back to the old if you know it won't work? Give yourself a chance for re-birth, so let's give her a book, too.”

He reads another email, from man in England who, having written before, went against Mia's advice and had a 3-some but has now developed feelings for the woman and wonders if he should reach out to her. Mia, “We told him what might happen, but the feelings you're having are sexual, you've confused sex with love. But she doesn't want you now, so you must forget her. Take the good, perform better with the next woman, and learn to separate your feelings, for she doesn't belong to you, so don't be a thief. Overcome your temptation, learn to be a man, and tough it out, there are other fish in the sea.”

He reads another, from a woman who's husband just found old porno pictures of her on the computer and now doesn't trust her. Mia, “What signs are you giving him to make him suspicious? If none, then shame on him, everybody does things when young, so tell him you've changed and grown and have no passion for it and if he can't accept that, divorce him! You need to read our book, or they both do!”

Mia reads names from the hat for the book giveaway before Milt then sends everyone to their website with its MiltnMia Show Store, and then he closes the show.
