Perhaps we've just accepted sleep apnea as some minor health situation that some deal with that is easily remedied by a breathing machine and some meds... When in fact, sleep apnea is yet another indicator that your body is not functioning properly. Thankfully, when it comes to obstructive sleep apnea, there is a lot you can do to potentially correct the lifestyle that leads to this condition. The question is, will you? Keep in mind...a machine and meds may protect you from some of the symptoms, but the problem is still there. And it's still hurting you until you correct your lifestyle.
