The new Obamacare 2.0 bill passed the House. Liberals are outraged republicans want to "just kill poor people" and those with "pre-existing conditions." I know that their vernacular ain't the best, but insurance (trying to mitigate risk) is at *literal* complete odds with pre-existing conditions. Ugh.Little do they know, this is an amendment to Obamacare, and not a full repeal (which, ironically, would help poor people the most). But they don't care. The republicans want it, so it must be evil! I go on to provide the economic and moral argument against universal healthcare that all these ignorant millennials want (that is until they get it).And with the France election taking place tomorrow, I touch on why Le Pen is the only choice (despite being a socialist). This might be the strongest case for voting for the lesser of two evils argument. We will find out the French winner soon enough, so I didn't dwell on it too much.
