On today’s episode, I welcome Maria Hristova, Co-Owner of Kinsip House of Fine Spirits, located in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. Today we chat about her journey to becoming a distillery owner, the story behind Kinsip and their farm based philosophy, their products, and of course a fun gincident or two (and there may be a mention of chickens too).

About Kinsip House of Fine Spirits
Kinsip House of Fine Spirits is a farm-based grain-to-glass distillery in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. Kinsip is rooted in an appreciation of family and the fulfillment found in building community. We craft products together that reflect and accentuate the quality of the moment. Life is worthy of celebrating the small moments as well as the grand.
Our craft distillery is located on a beautiful 80-acre farm. Our handcrafted spirits are produced entirely on-site in small batches using a custom-made copper still. Our tasting room is in the historic Cooper-Norton house. This ornate second empire house was built in 1874 by a wealthy Hops grower, Bert Cooper, during the County’s Barley Days. The Hops barn beside the house remains intact with its drying floors and brick ovens. Visit us to experience the craft and the history at our farm distillery in Prince Edward County.
