What does it truly look like for a brand campaign to be inclusive and diverse instead of checking off a diversity box? Danielle Alvarez created the multicultural PR agency, Bonita Project after being frustrated with the slim budgets and lack of true diversity at standard PR agencies. Instead of complaining and settling with the status quo she decided to create a new standard.
