Julie (Jules) Benefico is a Certified Clinical Herbalist with a passion to help others uncover the mysteries of their soul and heal naturally. Jules focuses on allyship, forgiveness, gratitude, shadow work, pleasure, and solidarity as tools to aid her herbal work. She believes that herbal medicine is an accessible earth-based healthcare system that digs deep to get to the root of ailments and not cover up symptoms.

For Jules Benefico, all businesses are relationships—not stagnant constants, but dynamic and ever-changing connections between people and offerings. And like all relationships, businesses can surface old wounds and new roadblocks along the entrepreneurial journey.

In this week’s episode, Phoebe sits down with Jules, longtime GGC community member (and ex-GGC partnerships lead!), Certified Clinical Herbalist, and founder of Boss Witch Botanicals, to explore the role of transformational healing and deep inner work in business growth and success.

Tune in as they explore the roots of common entrepreneurial roadblocks (especially for healers and witches) and how alchemy, inner child work, and even fear are powerful tools for long-term prosperity.

Noteworthy quotes:

[11:00] Businesses are relationships. What we give to them and put into them is what we receive back.

[15:10] I’m not here to heal you. That’s not how it works. I’m here to hold space and support other people while they’re healing themselves. Healers are people who are actively healing themselves and holding space for other people.

[46:00] Don’t be afraid that you’re giving out too much. There’s always more that you’re going to give… Fear that you’ll “run out of content” isn’t accurate. Don’t overthink it. Share what excites you.
