Jason Butler has 20 years of executive leadership experience as an executive director, community organizer, pastor, and entrepreneur. He has founded and led two non-profits, two churches, a food tech startup, and now helps organizations strengthen their culture of belonging and executive leaders embrace servant leadership. He has a Master’s in Intercultural Studies, a Doctorate from Duke, and is now working on his MBA at NC State. He lives in Raleigh with his amazing partner, Andrea, and their 7 kids. Yep, it’s a regular Brady bunch!
